Thanks for the great tips for renting a dumpster. We want to rent one for our kitchen remodel, because we're going to have a ton of garbage. 10 yard is probably the size we can go with, since we don't need anything too big.

We are starting our planned renovation of our home and we wanted to make sure that there is a proper waste disposal service that we could use. Since we will be doing the kitchen, living room, and the patio, I suppose a 20-30 yard dumpster should be sufficient. I'll be sure to keep on the lookout for unallowed materials to be accidentally thrown in. Thanks for your very comprehensive guide!

Thanks so much for talking about the importance of getting the right-sized dumpster for your project. My grandmother is decluttering because she'll have to move out soon and she has a lot of broken and junked things. We've been looking into renting a dumpster to help her get those things out of her house so she can keep on her project.

I'm glad you mentioned the exceptions of disposal. My wife and I are adding a couple stories to our house and want to know the best way to dispose of debris. Maybe we should order a debris shoot.

If you know about the debris or junk that is going to produce after the home renovation project then it must be easy to find the right dumpster size.

I appreciate that you explained that the right size of the dumpster can be gauged by how much debris the project will create. I wonder how big and how many commercial roll-off dumpster rentals a company would need when they have a huge establishment to work on. For example, they have a two-story strip mall to renovate completely to keep up with the modernization of the world, so they would definitely have trucks and trucks of debris coming from their property.

It makes sense that you should consider what size you need based on the amount of debris you need to get rid of. My aunt and uncle plan on moving to a new home next month, and they talked about how they have a lot of junk in their garage and basement they need to get rid of, so they need to look into renting a dumpster to put all of the junk in. I'll pass these tips along to them so they can know how to choose the right roll-off dumpster!

You have to consider the location of the dumpster rental company. The harder it is to get the dumpster to you, the higher the price may be. Also, some companies only operate in a certain geographical area.
